After receiving payment, it takes about 3-4 days to gather your measurements and discuss the most suitable method with you. Following this, jacket manufacturing typically lasts between 6 to 10 weeks. Once production concludes, they need 2-3 days to perform a quality check and complete packaging.

Refund Policy

Their refund option is available within 24 hours of purchase; beyond that, all sales are considered final. Due to the highly personalized nature of their jackets, refunds are not offered. They are unable to resell jackets. If certain conditions are met within 30 days of receiving the jacket, you qualify for their replacement or exchange policy.

Warranty Policy

If the jacket breaks, they will always repair it free of charge! Their lifetime warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
