Shipping Policy
They ship solely within the contiguous United States. International shipments, as well as deliveries to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, are not available. If you reside in these areas and wish to receive an order, they are happy to send it to a reshipper located within the contiguous US upon your request.
Return Policy
If you decide to return your furniture within 14 days of receipt, contact them and they will provide you with return shipping labels. Return shipping is complimentary; however, since each piece is custom-made, an environmental fee equivalent to 15% of your order value (before discounts or offers) will be charged.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are handled like returns. Please contact them within 365 days to notify them of your desire to make a return. Once your order is received back at their warehouse, they will process a refund to your original payment method, deducting any applicable costs.
Refund Policy
After your returned order arrives at their warehouse, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Subsequently, your bank will take 5-7 business days to credit your account. If the refund takes longer, inform them and they will follow up on your behalf.
