Return Policy
All issues with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Unauthorized returns are not permitted. Supplements can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted for opened or used items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any damaged products must be received by the customer before any credits are issued or products are reshipped.

IslandSupplements.com ships orders within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) via UPS or USPS. Orders destined for Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Global Priority. Use the UPS delivery map below to estimate delivery times for Ground shipping. A $2.00 fee will be added if a signature is required. Additionally, a $5 fee applies for rerouted shipments after leaving the warehouse or due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
