Refund Policy

Their return policy duration is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Warranty

You are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase for any manufacturer defects affecting the materials or craftsmanship of your Proof Eyewear frames. Proof Eyewear reserves the sole discretion to decide what constitutes a manufacturer's defect. *Apparel, accessories, and custom-made Proof Eyewear frames are not included under this 1-year warranty policy.
