Shipping Policy
All online orders are shipped via UPS International ground service and generally arrive within 5 to 8 business days after Jacadi has accepted and processed the order. The shipping fee is $15 for orders below $150, whereas orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it free of charge within 30 days of shipping, and within 60 days for Jacadi Club members. Returns can be made using their prepaid label or by visiting a Jacadi store in the U.S. in person.
