Return policy
If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect, a request must be made within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by the tracking number provided. JUICESTORE will not accept any returns without prior written communication via email and confirmed authorization.
Return shipping
All costs associated with an exchange or return (such as shipping, duties, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, additional re-shipping fees will apply.
Cancellation policy
Orders can be canceled before the Shipping Confirmation, excluding promotional, sale, limited edition, and collaboration items. To cancel an online order after placement, please contact our Customer Service Center at online@juicestore.com for assistance.
Shipping policy
Once the order is verified and payment is approved, orders are typically shipped within 5-10 business days (excluding public holidays).
Payment methods
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and PayPal. All PayPal transactions (must be to a confirmed address) and other payment methods require accurate billing information. Orders with incorrect details may be flagged as high risk and canceled immediately.
Import taxes and duties
Import taxes and duties for orders under 150 EUR will be calculated at checkout and displayed in the "Taxes" field during the checkout process.
