Return Policy

You have 30 days from your original order date to return your JuJuBe purchase as long as it isn't a final sale or clearance item. Licensed prints are also not eligible for returns. If you refuse delivery, please note that it can take up to 60 days for your order to be returned to the warehouse.

Loyalty Program

You can join the JuJuBe ALL STAR Program and start earning STARS. All Star Loyalty Rewards will be undergoing maintenance from June 14 until early July. You will earn 25 stars if you follow them on Instagram or subscribe to YouTube. Learn more about it on the Loyalty Page.

Heroes Discount

The Heroes discount offers medical professionals, teachers, military personnel, and first responders 20% off their purchase. You can redeem this only once every 30 days, and the code is valid for 7 days on non-sale items. Additionally, only one discount code can be used per order. Gift cards or store credits can be combined with a discount code.
