Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable, undisputed fees for the Services in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement or your invoice. All payments made for access to the Services are final and non-refundable.

Disputes Policy

You must notify them of any fee disagreement within 15 days from the invoice date. Once the dispute is resolved, you agree to settle those fees within 15 days.

Taxes and Withholding

You are responsible for all relevant taxes, including sales, services, value-added, goods and services, withholding, tariffs, Universal Services Fund (USF) fees, or any other similar charges.
