Replacement Policy
If you notify us within 7 days, we will replace your mattress free of charge with a slightly firmer or softer option, or you can choose a different type of mattress, or receive a full refund for the amount paid. Mattress replacements are also available if you visit our showroom; however, since the bed has been tried, the mattress on the display will not be returned.
Shipping Policy
Standard delivery time is approximately 10 to 14 working days, with a maximum of 21 working days in Scotland. For urgent cases, such as a family member being discharged from hospital or if you are in a hurry, delivery can be arranged within 3 to 5 working days for an additional fee of £145 or £295, which covers the reorganization of the delivery or a special trip for that specific delivery.
