Replacement Policy

If you notify us within 7 days, we will replace your mattress free of charge with a slightly firmer or softer option, or you can choose a different type of mattress, or receive a full refund for the amount paid. Mattress replacements are also available if you visit our showroom; however, since the bed has been tried, the mattress on the display will not be returned.

Shipping Policy

Standard delivery time is approximately 10 to 14 working days, with a maximum of 21 working days in Scotland. For urgent cases, such as a family member being discharged from hospital or if you are in a hurry, delivery can be arranged within 3 to 5 working days for an additional fee of £145 or £295, which covers the reorganization of the delivery or a special trip for that specific delivery.

VAT

No, if you have a chronic illness, meaning an ongoing condition unlikely to improve soon. All quotations exclude VAT, as certain qualified health conditions may entitle you to exemptions (see the "health" section on your homepage, top left, for more details).
