All Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed Monday through Thursday before 11:30 AM PST, and on Friday before 7:00 AM PST, will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 7:00 AM PST will be shipped the following week. All other orders are shipped within one business day.
Return & Exchanges
You may return merchandise for a full refund within 60 days from the invoice date. After that, you have an additional 60 days (a total of 120 days) to return items for exchange or store credit, provided they have not been used. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
