Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations need to be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival will be treated as no-shows and will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Refund Policy

Once the guest's cancellation request is received (in accordance with the cancellation/no-show policy), the hotel will promptly contact the bank to process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used during the booking.
