Lounge Pass accepts payments via Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, or American Express. If the payment is not authorized for any reason, Lounge Pass reserves the right to decline processing the booking.
Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by letter, fax, or email to Lounge Pass during working hours at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit date and time at the lounge. The full amount of the Lounge Pass booking, minus any cancellation fee advised at the time of booking, will be refunded to (a) the original credit/payment card or (b) the agent's account, depending on the method used for the initial booking.
