Loveivy provides free shipping within the USA for orders of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping costs)! If your order amount is less than $100, a fee of $5.95 will be charged, and delivery will take between 2-5 days.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date you received the item. Refunds will be issued for the total cost minus the original shipping and handling fee, or $5.95 for orders shipped free of charge, upon receipt of the returned package.
30 Days Limited Warranty
All jewelry purchased from Loveivy.com is covered by a 30-day warranty against any manufacturer defects. If a jewelry item is defective within this period, we will either repair or replace it.
