Terms of Payment
Payments can be made via bank wire transfers, all types of credit cards, confirmed financing, cashier's orders from US banks, and US personal checks (please note that personal checks may require 7-10 days to process before shipment). Credit cards are not accepted for purchases exceeding $50,000, and additional information may be required for credit card transactions.
Delivery Time
Madison Avenue fashions are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. In the US, shipments are made via FedEx. Hermes Birkin, Kelly, and Constance bags are shipped overnight. Shipping and insurance are complimentary within the United States. For P.O. box deliveries, USPS will be used.
Return Policy
Store credits are valid for 180 days from the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please email info@madisonavenuecouture.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. A prepaid insurance return label will be provided. Once the return items are received and inspected, the store will be notified of the credit amount, which will be adjusted to deduct the original shipping and return charges.
