Shipping Policy
They offer a competitively priced flat shipping fee of $20. They also provide 2-day express shipping for $69 and 1-day express shipping for $99. Each steak is individually vacuum-sealed and frozen to preserve freshness. The meats are shipped in their biodegradable, corn-based cooler.
Billing and Payment
By providing a credit card or other payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use this payment method and give them permission to charge it for your one-time purchase, recurring subscription, or other transactions. You are responsible for paying all charges related to any orders.
Cancellation
If you cancel after the invoice date, the cancellation will be effective for the next scheduled invoice. You are liable for all charges incurred for any orders processed before your subscription is canceled.
Returns and Refunds
Since they ship perishable goods, returns are not accepted.
