Cancellation
Orders can be canceled until they are out for delivery. Please note that this may not be applicable for certain logistics partners. You will see a cancellation option within the 'My Orders' section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site; then select the item or order you wish to cancel.
Refund
If you return an order that has been delivered to you, the order convenience fee will not be refunded. The refund amount is expected to appear in the customer's account within the following timeframes:
NEFT - 1 to 3 business days after refund initiation,
Myntra Credit - Instant,
Online Refund – 7 to 10 days after refund initiation, depending on your bank partner,
PhonePe wallet – Instant.
Shipping Policy
Currently, Myntra delivers products only within India. A Convenience Fee of Rs. 99/- applies to orders below Rs. 799/-, and Rs. 49/- applies for orders containing only personal care items under Rs. 499/-.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. In most locations, a free pick-up service is available. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request. If pickup isn't available at your location, the shipping costs will be credited as Myntra credits, provided the product complies with the return policy and you share a scanned copy of the courier receipt with them.
