The warranty includes coverage for all parts, performance, labor, and shipping costs in both directions at no expense to you. Free warranty shipping for 2e is available in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Returns

Teracube phones and accessories are manufactured to the highest standards and undergo thorough testing. If you are unsatisfied with your Teracube product for any reason, you may request a return within thirty calendar days of delivery.

Eco-friendly Packaging

Each Teracube 2e phone includes a biodegradable case, battery, and screen protector (pre-installed). Packaging is made with soy ink and recycled paper, and has been reduced by 50%. Please note that the charger is not included.
