Return Policy
refunds cannot be issued for orders where fabric yardage has been cut from a roll. refunds are also not available for fabrics that have been cut, altered, or tailored in any manner. any shortage claims or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping Policy
Swatch orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class Mail (without tracking), but can be upgraded to “UPS/FedEx Ground or Express” at an additional charge. Yardage orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Fabrics are shipped from New York. Except during bad weather, UPS/FedEx ground delivery takes 1 to 2 business days for most Northeast locations, 2 to 3 business days for the Southeast, 3 to 4 business days for the Midwest, and 5 business days for the West.
Exchange Policy
No exchanges are offered. Customers are highly encouraged to purchase swatches prior to placing an order to accurately assess the texture and color.
