Storage Life
Fresh coffee is the best coffee—that's why they ship it within 7 days of roasting. Once you receive it, the package will display the roasting date. They recommend enjoying it within 6 weeks for ground coffee, or 2 months for whole beans from that date.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. They use Royal Mail 1st Class for single bags (store and Plan) and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for larger orders. Your package will always be sent as a Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Need it faster? Place your order before 1pm for next-day delivery, and it will be dispatched the same day.
International Shipping
Currently, they only ship to addresses within the UK (including BFPO). While international shipping isn't available, UK customers can enjoy fast and free delivery on orders placed before 1pm to receive freshly roasted coffee the next working day.
