Orders within the U.S. will be shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed.
Return Policy
You can return any unopened merchandise (excluding Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup products) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping and gift wrapping fees. A 15% restocking fee applies to merchandise returned not in its original condition and packaging. Any shipping costs you incur to return products will not be refunded, and shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless the error is on their part. Refunds or exchanges are not offered for Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health and safety reasons.
