Shipping Policy
They provide free shipping on all orders over $49.99 within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Flat rate shipping of $14.99 applies to all orders below $49.99, with delivery within 1-5 business days.
Return Policy
PBC Co. will replace any defective products within one year of purchase. Rusting through is covered under warranty; however, surface rust is not. Any issues related to shipping (such as damage during transit) or missing items should be reported within 30 days of delivery and will be addressed promptly. Voluntary returns are accepted for unopened and unused products with a 20% restocking fee. Proof of purchase is required for all returns or replacements.
