Since personalized pendants are custom-made and not eligible for resale, refunds are not offered for personalized items. If a return is approved for store credit or exchange, a handling or recycling fee may apply. Custom designs, expedited fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Repair or Refurbishment

For repairs or refurbishments, please contact them via email at customerservice@poshmommyjewelry.com before sending your items. Unauthorized returns will incur a $10 fee. If you want them to create a custom tag, the service fee is $9.95.
