Shipping policy

Order processing takes 1-2 business days for all in-stock items. For customized orders, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for ring engraving. Please note that all timeframes exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. 

Return policy

Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date your order is marked as "delivered," while exchanges can be requested within 60 days from this date. If more than 30 or 60 days have passed since delivery, returns or exchanges are not permitted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
