Return Policy

Reef provides a warranty on REEF-branded products purchased from REEF or an Authorized Dealer against manufacturing defects listed below, applicable for each product category and the following periods (measured from the original purchase date): 1 year for shoes, 1 year for non-Voyage collection sandals, and a lifetime warranty for Voyage collection sandals.

Shipping Policy

Reef offers free shipping on orders over $50. All products with undamaged, unwashed original packaging can be returned free of charge within 30 days from the date of purchase.
