Shipping Policy
The minimum purchase requirement for the On the Roll option has been removed. Unlike before, when you were required to buy 10-25 yards, you can now select any quantity of fabric (even just one yard) to be shipped on a roll. Please note that there is a $10 fee for each item chosen to be on a roll, and you will be charged the exact shipping cost for all orders shipped on a roll.
Return Policy
A standard 15% restocking fee applies to all items in an order (including fabrics). Wholesale rolls are subject to a $25 fee per roll. Refunds will not be issued for orders older than 60 days. For refund requests made after 60 days, they will try to work with you and offer store credit (minus the restocking fee).
Discounts
Special discounts are available for military personnel, first responders, medical professionals, and individuals involved in education (teachers and students). Once verified, you will receive a one-time code for 10% off your next purchase. This code remains valid until it is used.
