Return Policy
They ensure 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will remake them free of charge. In the rare case that their quality control fails, they will quickly and politely remake the lenses.
Cancellation Policy
Once a prescription order enters their lab, it cannot be canceled. However, if you cancel before it reaches the lab (usually within one business day), a $15 cancellation fee applies to cover clerical and card processing costs.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your prescription glasses for a new pair within 30 days of receipt, they will credit 50% of the original purchase price (excluding shipping) towards a new pair.
Warranty Policy
All Rx-Safety frames are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects (material and workmanship) for one year from the purchase date.
