Shipping Policy

They will dispatch the package within 24 hours unless specified otherwise. The delivery duration varies based on the shipping method chosen during checkout. All sample orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight from MS's Olive Branch.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided for items that are lost, discolored, or damaged during transit. Usually, photographs are required for inspection. Their policy is valid for 15 days after the item has been delivered. If you purchase an item that has already been delivered for over 15 days, they cannot offer a refund or exchange.
