They understand that you might change your mind, and they're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You can even try the product first, but it must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.

Warranty

Their Scanmarker products are guaranteed against defects under normal consumer use for a period of one year from the original purchase date (“Warranty Period”). The warranty applies only if the product was purchased from them, Topscan Ltd., or their authorized retailers.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Standard shipping to the following countries may take up to 30 days: Morocco, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Lebanon, Qatar, Indonesia, Bahrain, Malaysia.
