Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, they are happy to offer an exchange or refund on most merchandise within 30 days of receiving the product or making a purchase in-store. Proof of purchase is required for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Custom orders cannot be canceled. Unfortunately, orders for in-stock merchandise cannot be canceled once they have been sent to their fulfillment center.
Shipping Policy
Items shipped via UPS Ground will arrive within 3-10 business days after order receipt. For white glove delivery, in-stock items will arrive approximately 2-4 weeks after order placement. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and sign for it accordingly.
