Payment Policy

You are responsible for paying the fees specified on the Order, in the currency indicated on the Order (Fees). All fees must be paid in advance for the entire duration or renewal period outlined in the Order.

Renewal Policy

All of their Services are set to automatically renew by default, except for Reseller Shared Hosting accounts and upgrades. You may modify renewal settings and/or manually renew Services anytime before a Service is terminated through the SiteGround User Area.

Refund Policy

If you no longer require a Service you've purchased or are dissatisfied with its performance, you may cancel it at any time. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days after the cancellation of the Service.
