Shipping policy
They only ship to the US and Canada. All US orders are shipped from their warehouse in Memphis, Tennessee, using FedEx or UPS. SITKA Gear applies sales tax on all US shipments to addresses with applicable local sales tax.
Return policy
All products returned for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 60 days of the original purchase date and require a return authorization. Each item must include the original hang tag, be unused, and be in new condition.
Warranty policy
