Shipping Policy
Customers located in Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional $99 shipping fee per box. Twin and Full Size latex mattresses usually ship in one or two boxes depending on the model. Queen and King latex mattresses typically arrive in three to four boxes.
Return Policy
You may exchange any layer within 90 days for a $30 shipping fee to send the new layer the first time. For mattresses with split layers, you can exchange one or both layers if shipped simultaneously. Any additional layer exchanges within the 90 days will be at the full shipping cost.
Warranty Policy
Sleep EZ offers unconditional coverage against manufacturing defects in the latex for the first ten years, with the customer responsible for shipping costs.
