Warranty Policy
Your mattress is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery. If a claim is made under the warranty, they will repair or replace any mattress component or the entire mattress at no cost during this period.
Delivery Fee
If you're unsure whether you qualify for free shipping, please contact them. Accessories are delivered via courier service. A small fee may be applicable for orders under £40 or for deliveries outside mainland UK.
Return Policy
Starting from the date of delivery, you have 100 nights to ensure that you are happy with your mattress. If you decide it's not suitable for you, they will collect it and issue a refund. Please note: When you receive a new mattress, there is a 30-day adjustment period.
