Shipping Policy

All of their slimes are handcrafted with love and care, resulting in a processing time of 3-5 business days. Your order will be shipped to a US address within 5 to 7 business days.

Return Policy

They accept returns of garments in new condition within 14 days for an exchange of a different size. Please contact them at orders@sloomooinstitute.com. Since slimes are made fresh for you, they are not eligible for return.

Group Tickets

For group purchases, tickets can be bought through the website. If your group exceeds the available tickets for a given time slot, it is recommended to purchase tickets for the first period of the day and then add tickets for the second period to ensure everyone can attend together.
