Shipping Policy

 They provide free ground shipping through USPS (2-5 day service) for all US orders exceeding $75 before tax.  Regrettably, we do not ship to military / APO / FPO addresses at this time.  International orders will incur shipping fees and applicable VAT (as necessary) based on the destination.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please visit the Returns Center.  Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for refunds or exchanges on all orders. Returns are only accepted for Soludos items that are in pristine condition, unworn, and undamaged.  Items must have been purchased directly from Soludos.com.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued once your returned item is received at their warehouse. Please allow up to 8-10 business days for processing and for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
