Shipping Policy

Your initial shipment will arrive within 7 to 10 days after placing your order. Subsequent shipments will be dispatched approximately every 3 months. They collaborate with local carriers who specialize in wine distribution to ensure your wine ships under optimal conditions. They will attempt to deliver up to three times before returning the wine to them.

Return Policy

They cannot accept returns on wine unless it is corked or defective. Additionally, returns are not accepted for wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during transit.
