Shipping Policy

The shipping cost for each order depends on the package weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Sonic Electronix primarily ships orders via FedEx. To offer the most affordable rates, small items shipped through Standard Flat Rate or USPS First Class Mail are delivered via a combined effort between DHL and USPS. When shipping to a military APO/FPO/DPO address, it is highly recommended to select USPS Priority, as it ensures faster delivery, typically around 2-3 weeks compared to Parcel options.

Return Policy

All products are covered by a minimum one-year warranty against defects unless specified otherwise. You can return or exchange new, unopened products within 60 days. Defective products are eligible for exchange only. For new products, you can choose between a refund or an exchange upon return. Additionally, you must notify Sonic Electronix of any shipment damage within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.
