Return Policy Because of the consignment nature of our business, all sales of sneakers and clothing are final. Yankeekicks is a consignment marketplace for athletic shoes and apparel. This means that most items in our inventory are owned and supplied by different independent owners. Once an item is sold—whether online or in-store—the owner receives their payment immediately. Refund Policy When your return reaches us, please allow up to 10-14 business days for inspection, validation, and processing of your refund. Refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit. Exchange Policy Due to the nature of our consignment marketplace, we are unable to offer exchanges. Since each item may come from different sellers with varying inventory levels, even identical items might differ in price. Change or Cancel Policies After placing your order, our fulfillment process will commence. To change or cancel an order, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Product changes, such as size swaps, depend on item availability. When we review your request, the desired size or item may no longer be in stock. The sooner we receive your request, the quicker we can process it. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply to your order.
