Return Policy
You have 60 days from the invoice date to return merchandise for a full refund. An additional 60 days (120 days total) are available to return items for exchange or store credit, provided the items have not been used. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
They ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. To ensure Next Day and/or Overnight delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST from Monday to Thursday and before 11:00 AM EST on Friday. All standard ground orders should be placed before 11:30 AM EST Monday through Thursday and before 10:30 AM EST on Friday.
Gift Card
To redeem your gift card over the phone or in-store: inform the salesperson that you wish to pay with your gift card when placing your order. To redeem online: during checkout, you will see an option to use your gift card as a payment method.
