Return Policy

Upon receipt of the product, SuperTrees Botanicals will examine the item and will replace it if it is found to be defective. The customer will be refunded for shipping costs to return the defective products via USPS. If the product is not defective, a SuperTrees Botanicals representative will contact the customer to discuss an amicable solution. Standard postal rates apply.

Delivery

They ship their trees to wholesale customers across the country using common carriers, with freight charges based on the footage used. For retail customers, they offer free delivery within the Portland/Salem area on orders exceeding $500. Retail customers outside their shipping area can arrange their own shipping or pick up the trees at their nursery in Canby, Oregon.
