Most orders originate from SAN Clemente, California. Standard shipping costs are $4.99 within the U.S. and $19.99 for international shipments.
Returns and Replacements
Contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee applies unless the error is on our part. When returning an item, it must be shipped using an insured service; otherwise, we cannot process the return until the item is received.
