Deliveries to Mainland China typically take about 3 to 5 days. Orders placed during public holidays or shipped to rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Shipping is free on all orders.

Swarovski accepts payments via Chinese bank cards and Alipay e-wallet through Alipay. This option is available to both registered and non-registered Alipay users.

Shipping Partners

Swarovski's delivery partner, SF Express, handles all shipments to Mainland China. Currently, Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

Swarovski's primary goal is customer satisfaction. You can return purchased items and cancel the sales agreement within 7 days of receipt (excluding gift cards). Please be aware that products bought from the online shop cannot be returned at local Swarovski retail stores.
