Return

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Talbots or Haven Well Within purchase, they accept returns and exchanges of ticketed, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise, as well as unopened and unused products such as fragrances, candles, etc., with a valid receipt within 60 days of purchase.

Price Adjustment

They are happy to adjust the price of an item if the price decreases within 14 days of the original purchase or shipment date. Price adjustments will be based on the current selling price and will be applied to the original payment method unless a merchandise credit is preferred.
