They will be happy to assist you with a replacement.

Return and Exchange
If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 45 days of the order date. To initiate a return, email their customer service team at customercare@temptu.com or call 1-888-983-6788 between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, to get a return authorization code. This code must be visible on the outside of the package you are returning. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorization.
