Shipping Policy

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 (before taxes). This offer is valid only within the 48 Contiguous U.S. and is available for a limited time. It applies exclusively to in-stock items. The order must have an actual or dimensional weight of 7 pounds or less. This promotion does not apply to backorders, oversized or heavy items (such as cases of balls, demo racquets, etc.), or drop ship items like stringing machines and ball machines.

Return Policy

You have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Orders totaling over $75 (before shipping and sales tax) are eligible for free return shipping, with a prepaid return label provided. You can also generate a return label through our website—simply scroll to the bottom of the page to create the label. Please note that pre-paid UPS return labels are only valid within the 48 Contiguous U.S. states.
