Return

All return requests must be submitted through their Returns Portal before returning items. You may return items for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the delivery date of the order.

Refund

Refunds will be issued for the total amount paid for the merchandise, excluding original shipping fees, minus $7.99 for return shipping. Any unauthorized returned merchandise will not be eligible for a refund. Refused packages are refunded once received by their warehouse, minus the cost of shipping to and from the destination.
