Delivery Information
They offer flowers, plants, and specialty gifts across the United States and Canada. An additional shipping fee of $14.99 applies per order. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available. In most regions of the United States and Canada, orders placed by 2 p.m. in the recipient's local time can typically be delivered on the same day (earlier cut-off times may apply during some regions and holidays).
Incorrect Address
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the sender can choose to leave the gift in a safe place for pickup upon their return or schedule a redelivery the following day. For business deliveries, if the business is closed or does not accept deliveries, the attempt will be made on the next business day. During holiday periods, deliveries may be extended until as late as 5 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not permitted once the bouquet or specialty gift has been delivered or is in the process of being delivered. If the order is scheduled for delivery today and you wish to cancel, please contact them immediately to verify the order status.
