24-hour Confirmation: Tour bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed within 24 hours of the user's purchase confirmation.

Refund Policy
Trip Guru will refund funds on the last day of each month for all cancellations made before the 15th of that month. Cancellations after the 15th will be refunded on the last day of the following month. However, Trip Guru will do its best to process refunds within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
Trip Guru's Booking Voucher
After a booking is confirmed, the user will receive a Trip Guru Booking Voucher (hereinafter "Voucher") for the booked tour, listing the booking fee paid and the remaining balance due to the tour provider.
