If you purchased Ting directly from Whisker Labs online and did not obtain it through a partner program, a renewal fee of $99 will be billed to your stored billing information at the end of your service term.

Return Policy

As a new Ting service subscriber, if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can receive a full refund within 30 days of your first activation. This period starts when you connect Ting after completing the installation process in the Ting Sensor app.
